By way of completing the NASIG 2022 Annual Conference registration form:
COVID Protocol
In order to make this a safe and welcoming experience for all, please plan ahead and familiarize yourself with what you need to do before coming to Baltimore. Attendees will be required to show proof of full vaccination (booster not required) or proof of a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours prior to conference check-in. Anyone who does not show proof of vaccination or negative test results will be refused their registration. Masks are strongly recommended throughout the conference.
Acceptable proof includes:
COVID card.
Picture of your COVID card.
An official website or app that shows the person’s name and vaccination status. This could be a local state, government, or medical account or registry.
Official documentation showing a negative COVID test result dated within 72 hours. The type of test (antigen vs. PCR) doesn’t matter, but it must be from a site or clinic that administered the test. At-home tests won’t be accepted.
If a conference attendee begins to show symptoms or contracts COVID while attending the 2022 NASIG conference in person, they will be asked to attend the conference virtually from their hotel room. The attendee will be refunded the difference between onsite and virtual registration and the attendee will be considered a virtual attendee from that point forward.
Closest to hotel: Baltimore Convention Center
Testing Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 8 am – 3:30 pm
Please Note: 8 – 10 am is the busiest time for COVID testing. For walk-ins or appointments, we recommend stopping by or scheduling an appointment in the afternoon.
When scheduling a visit, please use your full legal name and bring ID to the appointment.
Unless local policies deem otherwise, NASIG strongly recommends wearing masks.
