This conference will be an entirely in-person event with workshop sessions offered. A separate virtual NASIG conference will be held in the Fall of 2023.

NASIG Hotel Rate

Starts at $189/night + applicable taxes & fees. The reservation link is provided in the conference registration confirmation email.

Full Conference Registration (through April 21, 2023)

  • Members: $445
  • Non-Members: $560
  • Support Staff/Furloughed/Retired: $225
  • Students: $100

1-Day Registration

  • Members and Non-Members: $260
  • Support Staff/Furloughed/Retired: $160

Late Registration (April 22 - May 21, 2023)

All rates will increase by $50

On-Site Registration (May 22 - May 25, 2023)

All late registration rates will increase by an additional $25

Discounted Rates

Please note that discounts are for the full conference rate only and are based on whichever rate is in effect at the time of registration (Regular, Late, or On-Site). If you are entitled to a discount, you will receive an email containing your registration code from your committee liaison.

  • Complimentary registration will be extended to NASIG award winners, vision speakers, workshop presenters, the UKSG Chair, the Registrar/Registrar-in-Training, CPC & PPC co-chairs, Award Sponsors, Tier 1 Sponsors, and Tier 2 Sponsors.
  • CPC members, PPC members, the first year Proceedings Editor, and the Proceedings Production Assistant will receive a 50% discount.
  • Concurrent speakers will receive a $100 discount.*
  • Student concurrent speakers will receive a $25.*

*Speaker discounts do not apply to those presenting at lightning sessions, poster sessions (Great Ideas Showcase), or snapshot sessions.

Guest Registration

Registration for guests is $100 and includes admission to the opening session, reception, and dinner only.

Payment options

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or invoice for later payment (either online or by check). These options are on the last page of the registration form. Make checks payable to NASIG in US dollars. To ensure that checks are received by the treasurer before the conference, please mail them by May 8, 2023.
