NASIG Autumn Virtual Conference

October 15 – 17, 2024
2 – 5 PM EST

This conference will be an entirely virtual event with a single track of sessions offered 25 PM EST (convert to your local time zone).

Full Conference Registration (through October 11, 2024)

  • Members: $120
  • Non-Members: $170
  • Support Staff/Furloughed/Retired: $75
  • Students: $10

Persons experiencing financial hardship but wish to attend the conference can contact NASIG.

Late Registration (October 12–17, 2024)

All rates will increase by $20.

Discounted Rates

Complimentary registration will be extended to Speakers, Board Members, and NASIG Autumn Conference Committee members.

Payment Options

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or invoice for later online payment. These options are on the last page of the registration form. Checks will not be accepted for this conference.

Refunds

  • The full registration amount minus a $50 processing fee will be refunded if the cancellation request is received on or before October 8, 2024.
  • Fifty percent (50%) of the registration amount minus a $50 processing fee will be refunded if the cancellation request is received between October 9, 2024 and October 11, 2024.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after October 12, 2024.
All cancellations must be sent via email to the conference registrar (registrar@nasig.org). The final decision on conference refunds rests with the NASIG President and Treasurer.
